Launched in 2016, Manchester-based distillery Three Rivers is named after the trio of waterways the Northern city was originally built around, the label being headquartered in the very heart of the metropolis. The brand's eponymous small batch dry gin is crafted with eleven different botanicals, including oats, which local workers during the Industrial Revolution heavily relied upon, before finishing with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and almonds.
