Dedicated to maintaining the Five Rare Crafts, The Balvenie is the only distillery in Scotland to still grown its own barley, use traditional floor maltings and keep a coppersmith on site—and all this is why its whiskies are the most hand-crafted of single malts. This 25-year-old bottling is part of the Rare Marriages series and blends individual casks that have been matured in Traditional American and European casks. The result is an intricate balance of vanilla oak, sticky ginger and sweet honey.
